ABB University Denmark successfully delivered a System 800xA training for six participants from local Channel Partners, using a blended learning approach.
The new web based course T360e was used as a prerequisite and the participants liked the opportunity to gain basic knowledge before they showed up in the classroom.
The five days classroom training T360 was then split into three and two days in order to allow the participants some more hands-on in between. At the same time the engineers were not away from the office for the whole week.
Although the training was challenging, the participants were very pleased with this combination of different learning methods.
